Rosemary and John's main concern is to ensure every client is delighted with their pictures and that this is achieved to the highest standard using the best materials and equipment possible. They insist that everyone in the company goes the extra mile (or more) to deliver what clients want.

In May 2000 the company was featured in The Times Saturday Business Section and later held their first two exhibitions of Rosemary and John Parr's art.

In 2001 Rosemary spoke on Image Manipulation at an international conference alongside people from big name companies in the picture world.

All About Pictures is very experienced in manipulating images to achieve what clients require, whether it's a little "cosmetics" to deal with dark lines under the eyes or inserting a company logo or even someone who was absent on the day of the shoot.

Following the company's purchase of a large format printer, they held an exhibition of Rosemary and John's art in 2001 in The Air Gallery, Dover Street, London, which was generously sponsored by Hewlett Packard. Hewlett Packard held an event during the show for its distributors to show them what was being achieved using their equipment and media. HP also provided some sponsorship for the company's more recent exhibition, Something In The City, in September 2004.

All About Pictures Limited is based in London and East Anglia but their work is found all around the world, from, among others, pictures of Chief Executives in India and Australia, photographs of an American company at a trade show in London, to art and printing that hangs in France, America, India and Australia.

In 2004, as well as selling art, the company started hiring artworks, giving clients more options for making their premises look good. They also brought stretching and framing pictures in-house so that their picture service is more comprehensive.

2005 was the year for equipment upgrade. The latest camera equipment, in the hands of the company's experienced photographers, produces results that are considerably better than the previous high standards.

Printing technology improvements give guaranteed image permanence* of between 165 and 240 years. All About Pictures Limited makes Giclée prints for their photography and art clients and for galleries, other photographers and artists.

Also new to the company in 2005 was hanging systems for client's pictures. All About Pictures Limited supplies unobtrusive systems that make changing pictures and redecorating so much easier.

In 2006 attendance at the Spring Fair marks All About Pictures Limited's representation of other artists and photographers. This means clients have an even greater choice of artworks.

Rosemary and John Parr still run the company and, although the team has grown, they personally photograph clients they started with or particular commissions. (Company policy is to ensure continuity with your photographer.) They continue to produce and exhibit their art.

Above all else, their priority is to ensure that clients are thrilled with their pictures, whatever form they take.
